What are your shipping details?
-We ship a selection of our products, but not everything. If direct shipping is available, you will be charged for shipping. If direct shipping is not available, you will be given the option for local pick up/delivery if you’re in Utah, or you will be notified that shipping is not an option. Currently, we are only able to offer shipping on select items from some of our vendors. Those items can be found here. If you have questions about shipping or delivery,  please contact us and we will be happy to help.

What does quick ship mean?
-Quick ship is a new collection featuring items that are currently in-stock with the vendor and can ship nationwide to your doorstep or to our warehouse for pick-up in 4 weeks.

What is the difference between quick ship and ready for pick up?
-
Quick ship items can ship nationwide, and are currently in-stock with the vendor, and have an ETA of 4 weeks. Ready for pick up items are currently in-stock at our Draper Warehouse and can be purchased and picked up by local Utah customers.

What is your return policy?
-At Grove Collective, our collection of furniture and home decor is thoughtfully selected. We are passionate about connecting our guests with beautiful pieces for their homes.

At the time of purchase, we provide the most accurate estimated time of arrival based on current information from our vendors. Please be aware that ETAs are subject to change based on overseas production issues, container shortages, and congestion in all ports. Our support staff will provide notice of any changes as soon as updates are made available.

We offer a 7-day return policy. If you are unsatisfied with your product we will happily process an exchange or provide in-store credit. Some exclusions apply.

Seasonal decor, special orders, clearance items, and floor models are final sales.

Occasionally damages may occur. We ask that you inspect your items and use the form linked below to report any damage to us within 72 hours of receipt.
