Q. What are the retail store hours?
A. Mondays 9:30am-7:30pm, Wednesdays 9:30am-7:30pm, Fridays 9:30am-8:00pm, Saturdays 9:30-8:00pm, Tuesdays and Thursday by appointment only
Q. How do I tell if the item I would like to purchase ships to me or is local pick up?
A. All items with the pink "Free Shipping" ribbon on the left corner of the picture can be shipped anywhere in the US. All other items are local pick only in our Draper, Utah Store
Q. If I purchase an item and get it home and it doesn't work in my space can I return it?
A. All sales are final as we order directly from the wholesaler once you place your order.
Q. What do I do if the item I ordered arrived damaged or has missing parts?
A. Please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your item. Take a picture and email it to us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will get you the missing part or a replacement item.
Q. Do you offer gift cards?
A. Absolutely! You can purchase your gift cards here
Q. How long does it take for my item to come in or ship to me?
A. Most items take 7-10 business day, with some larger items that may take 2 weeks. To get a better estimate of time, simply email us at email@example.com.
Q. How do I use a discount code?
A. During the first step of checkout, click where it says "Have a discount code? Click here" then put in your chosen code and click "Apply". Remember, you can only use one discount code at a time!
Q. How do I use my gift card or store credit?
A. On the second step of checkout, you will place the code in the Gift Card box and click "Apply."
Q. Can I use more than one discount code on an order?
A. Our system will only allow one discount code to be used on an order.
