What are the retail store hours?

Mondays-Thursdays 9:30-6 Fridays & Saturdays 9:30-6:30

How do I tell if the item I would like to purchase ships to me or is store pick up only?

All items with the pink "Free Shipping" or "Shipping available" ribbon on the left corner of the picture can be shipped anywhere in the US. All other items are local pick only in our Draper, Utah store once ordered.

How long do I have to pick up my item(s) once they have arrived at the store for pick up?

You have 72 hrs to arrange pick up of your items once you have been notified.

If I purchase an item and get it home and it doesn't work in my space can I return it?

All sales are final as we order directly from the wholesaler once you place your order.

What do I do if the item I ordered arrived damaged or has missing parts?

Please notify us within 72 hours of receiving your item. Take a picture and email it to us at support@utahfurnituredeals.com. We will get you the missing part or a replacement item.

Do you offer gift cards?

Absolutely! You can purchase your gift cards here

How long does it take for my item to come in or ship to me?

Most items take 7-10 business days if they are in stock with the wholesaler, with some larger items that may take 2-4 weeks. To get a better estimate of time, simply email us at support@utahfurnituredeals.com.

How do I use a discount code?

During the first step of checkout, click where it says "Have a discount code? Click here" then put in your chosen code and click "Apply". Remember, you can only use one discount code at a time!

How do I use my gift card or store credit?

On the second step of checkout, you will place the code in the Gift Card box and click "Apply."

Can I use more than one discount code on an order?

Our system will only allow one discount code to be used on an order.
