All sales are final. Utah Furniture Deals orders furniture items directly from the wholesaler, as we are a showroom only. Once the customer places an order, Utah Furniture Deals then places an order for the item(s) with the wholesaler. 

 

If an item is damaged or is missing parts upon arrival, the customer must take the following steps within 48 hours. 

Notify us within 48 hours, via email to claims@utahfurnituredeals.com

  • Take a picture of the damage & attach it to your message

  • We will contact the company and they will either ship us a new part or a new item. In this case, when we receive the new item, you will bring it to the store for an exchange.
