All sales are final.

If your item is damaged or is missing parts upon arrival, you must take the following steps within 48 hours. 

 

  • Notify us within 48 hours, via email or direct message on Instagram

  • Take a picture of the damage & attach it to your message

  • We will contact the company and they will either ship us a new part or a new item. In this case, when we receive the new item, you will bring it to the showroom for an exchange. 

  • In the case that the item is no longer in stock, there will be the option for a refund, exchange or a discount on the item. This is ONLY on orders that were damaged before arrival. This will be handled on a case by case basis, at our discretion.
