Return Policy 
Utah Furniture Deals orders furniture directly from our wholesalers. We do not have a large warehouse where we stock furniture, which is why we can offer such great prices on our beautiful furniture. Once you place an order, we then order your item(s) from the wholesaler and will give you an estimated time of arrival. Since we do not stock furniture, all sales are final, unless an item arrives damaged. 
 
Damaged items
If an item is damaged or is missing parts upon arrival, the customer must take the following steps within 3 business days.

Photos of the Damage/ Defect:
This will ensure that we can get your request taken care of as quickly as possible. Once we receive your email we contact our wholesalers to reach the best solution for you. Typically our wholesalers will either ship a new part or if needed a new item. Please note, when we receive the new item, you will need to bring the damaged item to the store for an exchange.
 
Limited Manufacture Warranty
Our products do have a limited manufacturer warranty, covering factory defects including workmanship or material. These defects typically result from the manufacturing or transportation from our wholesalers. This warranty does not cover normal "wear and tear" of an item from daily use.
**We do offer an extended warranty to further protect your item from stains and accidental damage. Please contact us to inquire.
